Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in: After 3 PM
• Check-out: By 10 AM
• No early check-ins or late check-outs unless pre-approved

Maximum Occupancy

• Maximum guests: 10
• No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval

No Parties or Events

• Ocean City enforces strict noise and occupancy laws
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

• Primary renter must be 25+ and remain on-site during the stay

• 4 beach tags are provided
• Lost tags must be replaced at cost
• Required for guests 12+ during guarded hours (OCNJ rule)

 Laundry:

• Please bring your own detergent (non HE) and clean the lint filter after use

 No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on balconies/decks

Trash & Recycling

• Trash collection days: Friday. Put trash and recycling out Thursday evening. 
• Use designated bins and do not leave trash outside due to seagulls and pests

Sand Control

• Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house
• Please do not shake towels or sandy gear indoors

Appliances & A/C Use

• Turn off A/C when windows/doors are open
• Do not adjust thermostat below 67degrees to avoid freezing the system

Pets

• No pets are allowed
   

 Damage Reporting

• Report any damage immediately. Unreported damage may result in loss of deposit

No Rearranging Furniture

• Return items to original positions if moved
